Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Dallas, TX)

We are growing our team at Silverline Linden Inspection Services and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. Training and certification are paid for. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around client sites against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to scheduling, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Dallas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
