Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Dallas, TX)

Greenridge Granite Press is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for press runs, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Dallas. What you will do • Track costs around customer orders against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to press runs, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with press runs. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Dallas, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
