Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Keystone Facilities is a facilities company in Cleveland with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to safety inspections, and clear open items. • Track costs around contractor visits against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
