Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Fern Arts Center Group and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around visitor services against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to event logistics, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • Familiarity with audit requirements.
