Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Cleveland, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Granite Staffing and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Cleveland. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to client orders, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with client orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
