Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Cleveland, OH)

Silverline Cross Legal Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for billing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Track costs around court deadlines against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to billing records, and clear open items. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with billing records. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Cleveland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
