Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Boise, ID)

Silverline Ridge Early Learning operates neighbourhood childcare around Boise. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Track costs around classroom supplies against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to meal programmes, and clear open items. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
