Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Boise, ID)

Rivermark West Hospitality is a hospitality company in Boise with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on revenue reconciliation. You would join a small organisation of about 65 people based in Boise. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around food costs against budget and explain variances to managers. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Boise. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
