Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Boise, ID)

Lumen Vista Press is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for bindery work, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to bindery work, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around customer orders against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with bindery work. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Boise, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
