Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Austin, TX)

Bluepeak Pike Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Austin producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our revenue reconciliation. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to batch records, and clear open items. • Track costs around cleanroom operations against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with batch records. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Austin. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
