Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Austin, TX)

Foxglove River Markets is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on revenue reconciliation for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 34 people based in Austin. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around online orders against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with promotions.
