Senior Accountant - revenue reconciliation (Albuquerque, NM)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Pine Community Partners and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be revenue reconciliation. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to benefits enrolment, and clear open items. • Track costs around food distribution against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with benefits enrolment. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Albuquerque. • We reply to every applicant.
