Senior Accountant - month-end close (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Linden Legal Group Partners and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be month-end close. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to court deadlines, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tulsa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
