Senior Accountant - month-end close (remote)

Westbrook Linden Health Group runs clinics and patient services around Oklahoma City. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on month-end close. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track costs around electronic records against budget and explain variances to managers. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to patient education, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with patient education. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Oklahoma City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
