Senior Accountant - month-end close (remote)

Lumen Haven Auto Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on month-end close for warranty claims, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 39 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to warranty claims, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around parts orders against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with warranty claims. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
