Senior Accountant - month-end close (remote)

Stonegate Cross Facilities is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on month-end close for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to cleaning schedules, and clear open items. • Track costs around safety inspections against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Las Vegas. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
