Senior Accountant - month-end close (Miami, FL)

Harborlight Linden Facilities Partners is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on month-end close for cleaning schedules, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to cleaning schedules, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules. • A degree or certificate in accounting.
