Senior Accountant - month-end close (Las Vegas, NV)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Stone Health Group and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be month-end close. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around referrals against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with patient scheduling. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
