Senior Accountant - grant and fund accounting (remote)

Bluepeak Fox Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tucson, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our grant and fund accounting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to device records, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around regulatory submissions against budget and explain variances to managers. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
