Senior Accountant - fixed assets (Seattle, WA)

Greenridge North Medical designs and makes medical devices in Seattle, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our fixed assets. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to device records, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • Experience with device records. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
