Senior Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

Greenridge Stone Farms Group is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on fixed assets for seasonal crews, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to seasonal crews, and clear open items. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around packing house output against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with seasonal crews. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
