Senior Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

Nova Drift Inspection Services is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on fixed assets for test reports, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around field inspections against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Cleveland. • We reply to every applicant.
