Senior Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

Greenridge Corner Medical is a Memphis company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our fixed assets. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track costs around regulatory submissions against budget and explain variances to managers. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to production lots, and clear open items. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Memphis. • We reply to every applicant.
