Senior Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

We are growing our team at Silverline Quill Health Group and adding a Senior Accountant whose main responsibility will be fixed assets. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to patient scheduling, and clear open items. What we are looking for • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with an occasional day on site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
