Senior Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

Greenridge Glen Facilities Group cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tulsa. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on fixed assets. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Track costs around safety inspections against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Experience with supply orders. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
