Senior Accountant - fixed assets (remote)

Harborlight Pike Medical is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on fixed assets for training materials, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to training materials, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with training materials. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Houston. • We reply to every applicant.
