Senior Accountant - fixed assets (Oklahoma City, OK)

Harborlight Meadow Manufacturing Partners makes precision components in Oklahoma City, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our fixed assets. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Oklahoma City. What you will do • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Track costs around tooling against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • A degree or certificate in accounting.
