Senior Accountant - fixed assets (Oklahoma City, OK)

Greenridge Oak Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the Oklahoma City area, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our fixed assets. We invest in training. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around service installations against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Oklahoma City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
