Senior Accountant - fixed assets (Fort Worth, TX)

Greenridge Quill Health is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on fixed assets for referrals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to referrals, and clear open items. • Track costs around patient scheduling against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with referrals. • A degree or certificate in accounting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
