Senior Accountant - audit preparation (Boise, ID)

Rivermark Forge Care Services provides in-home and community support in Boise. We are hiring a Senior Accountant to take on audit preparation. You would join a small organisation of about 161 people based in Boise. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to care plans, and clear open items. What we are looking for • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with care plans. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Boise. • We reply to every applicant.
