Senior Accountant - accounts payable (Fort Worth, TX)

Clearpath Quill Health Group is a healthcare provider in Fort Worth with clinics and support teams, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our accounts payable. You would join a large organisation of about 834 people based in Fort Worth. What you will do • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to clinic supplies, and clear open items. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. • Track costs around referrals against budget and explain variances to managers. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Familiarity with audit requirements. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
