Senior Accountant - accounts payable (Fort Worth, TX)

Bluepeak Rowan Care Services is looking for a Senior Accountant. The job centres on accounts payable for client records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Build schedules for the annual audit and answer the auditors' questions. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. • Track costs around licensing against budget and explain variances to managers. • Prepare journal entries and support the month-end close on a fixed calendar. What we are looking for • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • A degree or certificate in accounting. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Fort Worth. • We reply to every applicant.
