Senior Accountant - accounts payable (Fort Worth, TX)

Cedar Loom Pharma develops and makes medicines in Fort Worth, and we need a Senior Accountant to lead our accounts payable. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Keep the chart of accounts and supporting files tidy so anyone can follow them. • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts each month, including anything tied to cleanroom operations, and clear open items. • Review invoices and expense reports for accuracy before payment. • Track costs around quality documentation against budget and explain variances to managers. • Work with purchasing and operations to fix recurring coding errors. What we are looking for • Two or more years of hands-on accounting experience. • Careful attention to detail and a habit of checking your own work. • A clear, patient way of explaining numbers to non-accountants. • Solid spreadsheet skills and comfort with an ERP or accounting system. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Familiarity with audit requirements. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Fort Worth, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
