Sales Representative - territory development (Wichita, KS)

Rivermark Beacon Manufacturing is a Wichita manufacturer supplying regional industrial customers, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Many of our supervisors started on the floor. What you will do • Explain our services around customer orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer orders. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
