Sales Representative - territory development (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Wilder Insurance is an insurance company in Virginia Beach with claims and service teams, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 880 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around customer complaints clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling customer complaints. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
