Sales Representative - territory development (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Nova West Foods and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 47 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Explain our services around ingredient orders clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling ingredient orders. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
