Sales Representative - territory development (Virginia Beach, VA)

Northwind Quarry Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in Virginia Beach. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 20 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Explain our services around recycling loads clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling recycling loads. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Virginia Beach, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
