Sales Representative - territory development (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Timber Markets is a Tampa retailer with stores, a distribution centre and online ordering, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 581 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around shrink and waste clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • Experience selling shrink and waste. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
