Sales Representative - territory development (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Ember Staffing connects candidates and employers across the Tampa region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. Speed and follow-up matter. What you will do • Explain our services around temp assignments clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling temp assignments. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
