Sales Representative - territory development (St. Louis, MO)

Greenridge Willow Construction Partners delivers building projects for owners across the St. Louis region. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. Site safety is non-negotiable. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around project schedules clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling project schedules. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
