Sales Representative - territory development (Spokane, WA)

Lumen Linden Facilities is a facilities company in Spokane with crews on day and night shifts, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 29 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around work orders clearly and honestly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling work orders. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
