Sales Representative - territory development (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Willow Staffing places workers with employers around Spokane, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. We are in the people business and act like it. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around onboarding clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling onboarding. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
