Sales Representative - territory development (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Ridge Insurance is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for premium billing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around premium billing clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling premium billing. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
