Sales Representative - territory development (San Jose, CA)

Ironwood Vista Financial is looking for a Sales Representative. The job centres on territory development for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around customer onboarding clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling customer onboarding. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
