Sales Representative - territory development (San Jose, CA)

Greenridge Junction Staffing places workers with employers around San Jose. We are hiring a Sales Representative to take on territory development. You would join a large organisation of about 558 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
