Sales Representative - territory development (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Maple Staffing is a San Jose staffing firm for warehouse, office and healthcare roles, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Explain our services around retention clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling retention. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
