Sales Representative - territory development (San Diego, CA)

Highbridge Harbor Farms is an agricultural business based around San Diego, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Explain our services around cold storage clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling cold storage. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in San Diego. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
