Sales Representative - territory development (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Thistle Auto Group and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 148 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Explain our services around parts orders clearly and honestly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. What we are looking for • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • An existing network in the region. • Experience selling parts orders. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
