Sales Representative - territory development (San Diego, CA)

Northwind Sable Construction Group delivers building projects for owners across the San Diego region, and we need a Sales Representative to lead our territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 32 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. • Explain our services around subcontractor invoices clearly and honestly. What we are looking for • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. Nice to have • Experience selling subcontractor invoices. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
