Sales Representative - territory development (San Diego, CA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Sparrow Arts Center Partners and adding a Sales Representative whose main responsibility will be territory development. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep the CRM accurate and report on the pipeline weekly. • Find and contact prospects and set up meetings. • Prepare quotes and follow up until the customer decides. • Explain our services around event logistics clearly and honestly. • Work with operations so promises made in the sale can be kept. What we are looking for • Two or more years in business-to-business or consultative sales. • Honest, persistent and good at listening. • Comfort travelling locally to meet customers. Nice to have • Experience selling event logistics. • An existing network in the region. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
